 Ok peeps. This is not the last week like we originally planned cuz Steve wants to keep going lol. This week keep track of total time spent on Core and post!

    Well it's Monday Staying the course with the P90X Plus X tra. So today AB ripper and other

    Total Time: 15:00 Ab Ripper

    Bonus Time: 10:00 Plank time 6 min 4 min other assorted crunches = 200

    Tuesday Total TBA

                         

  • Nice work Steve!

    65 minutes of Insanity Fast & Furious (warmup) + Asylum Speed & Agility this morning.

    Plus I really enjoyed my first day of master's swim clinic last night - so nice to swim with others and not at o-dark-thirty, even though it was dark when I left for the pool.
  • Wtg Steve and Dave! Doing my tests this week on the Run Focus plan. Good vDot test today. Hope to do a longer core workout later. Sun is out despite no school for the kids due to Sandy. They are off to the gym so I can exercise in peace lol!
  • Ugh... I am slacking... no workouts for me yet this week, came here for inspiration. Awesome job on your test Deb, you must have felt so great when it was done. Keep it up!!
  • My challenge today was to find time for my workouts. So here it is Tues 0 dark thirty (0530) Treadmill and stretch routine done, go to work. After work brought out my computer laid out my mat and did my ab routine right in the operating room. Then off to a work function, done and

  • Let's see....yesterday was Asylum Vertical Plyo for about 45 minutes.....this morning was Gameday for 60.  Ugh.  Hard.

     

    Master's swim clinic after trick-or-treating with my Princess Rapunzel, too!  Tried to add a picture, but couldn't figure it out...
  • Well it's Thurs again another time challenged core day. Up early to do my run followed up with a stretch routine and finished with a core routine and ab blaster moves.

    All I got here today was I got it in for the third time this week and another kick at the can a couple of more times before the weekend ends!
  • Yesterday was the Strength workout for about 50 minutes. This morning was back-to- core for about 45. Also did my 5k VDOT test on the dreadmill - brutal. One more relatively easy bike-run week, then starting the Bike Focus plan on 11/12. Jealous of all the OS mojo happening now - hope it keeps up for us Jan. OS'ers. Everybody else here start the OS already or not til Jan.? Have a great weekend!
  • I got in 3 sessions of 15 minutes devoted totally to core. I also swam twice and added some core drills to those workouts for about another 30 minutes. Sunday I am going to take a core/ spin class but not sure what that entails....
  • Fourth session done on Saturday. New Week agenda, have to think this one through, again will post soon.
