Flight Information: please tell us when are arriving and leaving the camp
Hey Folks,
Please tell us when you are
- arriving
- leaving
- Your lodging needs, if any for Friday in LA, if you plan to drive up with us
- Lodging needs, if any, for Saturday in LA
- Plans for your bike.
- Bike in: If you plan to fly into and meet us in Sacramento, you MUST ship your bike to my house to arrive no later than Thurday, so we can assemble it on Friday and drive it up on Saturday. We have absolutely no room for bike boxes in the vehicles, no exceptions. If you plan to fly into LAX on Friday to drive up with us on Saturday, we'll be able to pick up you and your bike box at the airport.
- Bike out: we (you) will pack up your bike on Saturday. You'll be able to fly home with it on Saturday, as we'll have room for you and your bike to the airport. If you'd rather ship it home, we can do that on Monday and will just invoice you for shipping.
Reminders:
- If you want to drive up to Sacramento with the support vehicles on Saturday, you need to be in LA on Friday. We may be able to pick you up at LAX, depending on everyone's arrival times, but not guaranteed.
- If your plan is to fly into Sacramento, we should be up there by about 3-4pm. Would be supagroovy if you were there at the airport for us to meet you so we can get on with our day
.
- We should be able to drive you to LAX for your flights out on Saturday night, or Sunday.

Please post here also, thanks. It helps if everyone knows what everyone is doing, in case people want to consolidate rides, etc.
Larry, please plan to take the last available flight out on Saturaday, as this gives us the most flexibility. Saturday is very much up in the air until the Tour publishes the daily schedule, thanks.

Need a place to shack up on Friday night (will work for food sign entered here) and will drive up Sat. morning and help out however
Sat, May 22, 2010
Will fly home with bike or will ship back FEDEX whatever is easiest for all.
Chez Massey is happy to shack up any overflow from Rich's house for either the Friday night before the camp or the Saturday night after. No sense in paying for a motel when we too have HBO and free continental breakfast.
Very cool, thanks for updating!
ENHQ Friday night lodging arrangements:
I call to share the bed with Riley
I'll just toss Riley into the trailer and you can sort it out. It's his trailer anyway, I just drive it for him...
If you have room for 1 more or if there is another option, I'll scrub the Marriott. Where do I sign up for a reservation?
Mike

I'll spoon with Sonny or Riley but I draw the line at Patrick.
To give some details where Leigh left out, our plan is to get to San Fran on friday meet you all in Sacramento.
We are flying out United flight 166 11pm wheels up from LAX on the 22nd (Saturday). Hoping for another first class bump like last time
-Dave
note to self: Dave took that first class bump and dropped the Mrs. like a sack of potatoes. She was left to snuggle with the old spice guy who took up half her seat.
Getting Psyched!
Dusty
I'm arriving in Sacremento (SMF) on Sat at 12:42pm. I shall ship my bike to your place to arrive by Thurs.
Here's the flight info:
Looks like you and Dave get into LAX around the same time so I should be able to pick you up. I have a truck/hitch so carrying both bikes shouldn't be a problem. Let me know if that works for you.
Do you need to know now WHERE we plan to fly into, LAX or Sacto?
Chris, sounds good. Will you and Margaret need to store your bike boxes at my place? Not a problem if you do. My address is
607 Parker Ave
Monrovia, CA 91016
Not necessary, but space in my house is filling up VERY fast = you might need to book your own lodging in Monrovia for Friday, if you plan to join us in LA and drive up to Sacramento.
