  • We had 5-8 folks in the Monday night chat asking about the Tuesday AM workout; I put notes to that Tuesday thread. I think Mondays  (or sundays) are better so we can hit everyone pre-workouts. Thoughts Team?

  • I'll be on tonight....Sundays are probably better for me as I know I won't have any work travel.
  • I actually dialed in last night not realizing....duh!
  • Recognizing that there's no pleasing all the people, I'll go with the flow.  That being said (you did ask for input), I think it would be most impactful to have a call between the receipt of the email and the first workout.  Forces us to look at the workout before the call, and see any flags for questions, so that we're not posting to the forum at 11pm the night before planning to get up at 5 and do the workout.

    Last week was very confusing as you were doing your office hours at the same time and none of us could get the other room dealio to work, so I decided to move the power clinic chat to Tues.

  • During the call, it was mentioned that the variety of plans would be reviewed do decide on the weekend bike and run workouts. I'm planning to do Sat ride tomorrow, so was looking for some guidance - plan calls for no FTP work, only 5X(4X30/30). Thanks
