Not Test for the Power Clinic wk 4?
Did I understand it correctly Rich that the power clinic group is not testing next week?
If so, then we put our own run together tomorrow (Sunday?) as my OS plan has a rest day and FTP test for Monday.
...just planning my weekend and early week so the wife can get onboard.
Off to brave more rain but I found my fender today so my buddies won't get a face full of water this week. That is until we start climbing and they go by me...

I would think that the 5k TT is out because it would affect the Bike workout after it. Will wait for RnP to chime in. Im planning on running Sunday. Probably just a "as I feel" run with intensity if I feel like it for 30-60min (just to keep the frequency of the OS running with 4/wk.
I'm shifted a day early (doing Sunday on Sat) so decided to do an easy 1 hour run today since we weren't testing next week. Felt pretty nice (besides the 12 degrees outside) to do an EZ run for a change vs the previous week intervals. Will leave me well rested for the next weeks bike intervals.
Did 7mile @ z2 pace today. Legs felt tired from yesterday. Glad no intervals today.

Vince,
Rich confirmed in the week 3 Saturday Workout thread that we are not doing the FTP bike test next week. I'd assume that the 5k Vdot test is a question for next week's conference call. Between you, me, and the walls (nobody else is listening, right), I'm planning to do the 5k test, as I recover pretty well from them, and Thursday's bike is the lowest priority of the 3. I'm also pretty sure that Trent is planning to do it, but I hate to speak for someone else...
Oh, I guess I just did. Oops!

Maybe I'll just do 5k at a tempo pace but not allout like a TT would be.Just a good solid workout
