week 19/20 HIM

In week 19/20 in prep for knoxville HIM.  A friend asked me to run a HM this saturday (fundraiser and would run her pace which is 2'/mile slower so very easy run!!).  1.  Would this be "stupid" to run this a week b4 HIM  2.  If I run, how would I rearrange workouts, push saturdays ride to sunday?  Thanks for your input.

    @Eric it's still 13.1 miles. You can do it but if Knox is an "A" race then figure out another way to help...maybe pace her for the last 6 miles of her day? (unless that's blatantly illegal or something). If you run 13.1 then friday is swim only and Sun is an easy 60' ride only to stretch legs out. If shorter, you can do the Sat ride on Sun just be mindful of how tired you are and consider Monday as a day off...
