Lucky week 13

So, how is everyone doing?  I've had a good week so far.  I did fairly well on my long run today even though it was 90 degree's when I finished.

I'm looking forward to the weekend rides because I get to go see my parents who live right on the Vineman bike course in Healdsburg, CA.  So i get to do my 4 hr ride rolling through vineyards.  It should be a nice change a pace.

    So far so good image I think the long run took yesterday morning took way more out of me than I anticipated. I'm feeling the fatigue day to day now, but I'm able to complete the workouts. The swim and bike I typically fall a bit short in hitting my numbers, but I'm able to get the volume. So it seems okay. My running has been great.

    Also comes with a 90% chance of rain.

    I had a modified week as I am doing Wildflower tomorrow. Supposed to be hot,hot, hot! 

    I absolutely LOVE the Vineman course! Have fun out there!
