Coach,

I am heading out of town this weekend for 6 days (10th-16th). I may be able to find a bike for a Sunday afternoon ride but I am worried about not getting in my 3 hour Long Ride. Should I bump it up in this week? Also, the hotel does not have a pool so it looks like the majority of my work will have to be running unless I find one close by. I am 5 weeks out from IMKS 70.3.

Current Schedule (7th-12th):

Tuesday: 80 min Bike, 20 min Run

Wednesday: 45 min Run, 60 min Swim

Thursday: 60 min Run

Friday: 60 min Swim

Saturday: 180 Bike, 30 Run

Sunday: 120 Bike, 30 Run

 How should I adjust Monday? Tuesday? Wednesday?

    Short answer is to go bike-heavy before the trip and run heavy during the trip:

    Get in your bike interval day and long ride day before the trip, if possible.
    During the trip just run frequently (5-6x) and do your best to get in your long run.
