Post IMTX

Hey Coach P...still enjoying the postIMTX mood...but wanted to get some quick feedback/guidance ...I am planning on taking a run focus for the latter part of the year...with my next true "A" race being a Marathon...yeah yeah...I know...this is a Tri Team...but I have put off a fall marathon for a couple of years and want to "go back to my roots" a bit...and while I may do some Sprints/Oly's for fun...I want to do this with some real focus....That said...Does this look like the right Macro-level approach.......and when I move into the Marathon Hack...do I just Overlay that onto the OS? Thanks...FYI ...Milwaukee is the site of my all-time PR 2:40...would love to run Sub3..

@JCL, yes that's a fine plan...remember what you do in the next 3 weeks determines how you will handle the final 6 weeks of your marathon prep...be smart!!!! We should have marathon plans live before then....

    Thanks P -

I hear ya...following the Transition Plan....Just "thinking" and planning ahead.........while I have some time to think....lol.

So you will have specific Marathon Plans, new Marathon Hacks...what will they be?  Cool.
