Rest Days in Intermediate Plan?

Hello - I am used to training plans where you have at least one full day of rest.  Up until this point in the intermediate plan (just started), I don't see a rest day.  Is it advisable to build in one day of rest a week?

    Recommend you try the plan as is, our way. Over the years we've gotten pretty good at appropriately scheduling the work and you may not "need" a day off

    Thanks, will do! One other question..should I keep to the time in the plan, or just the exercise? Ie..swim WU, MS, CD take me less time then what is mentioned. Should I still do the 60 min as example and just make it up with steady pace swim?

    Up to you. If you have the time available and are already at the pool, might as well take advantage of the time. I'd rather you extend the sets (ie more fast vs steady swimming)
