IMLouisville workout thread, 1 to 7 July

Happy July 4th everyone! I didn't see that we had a WKO thread for this week yet. Just finished a very satisfying workout - 1 hr on the bike and 1:35 running. The cool weather here in Ohio doesn't feel like the 4th of July! Holding out hope that it is an indication of the weather at IMLOU

    Got my long run in this AM - a bit slower than I wanted, but in fairness, it's a bit humid in our Nation's capitol .... Now on to family festivities: bbq, music and fireworks!

    2 hours on the bike. First good ride since I tweaked my knee one month ago. So happy! Can't believe all this rain though. Absolutely poured the last 20% of my ride and the first mile of my 6-mile run. At some point you can't get any wetter so you just enjoy playing in the rain like a kid.
