I see the catering service is putting out "GU Original Energy Gels" and "Roctane Enduranance Gels." Do they offer a variety of flavors or should I be carrying the ones I like?

    They will likely have different flavors on the course, but not a whole lot of "choice" at each aid station. If there are only a couple flavors you can stand, you might want to carry some of your own.

    I would bet at the expo that Gu will have a booth and be able to tell you what flavors will be on course.
