Delete/Edit forum messages

You can delete dashboard posts, but I don't see any way to edit or delete forum posts.

Top right hand corner of this box has the buttons to do just that. I think it is only possible to do if you Add Reply, not quick reply.

Strange...it shows up for this post, but my post in the "General Training Discussions" section it doesn't.
