IM LOU Week 14

Greetings!!!

How is everyone feeling? Each day we become stronger as we continue our workouts and race day gets closer as well. Some days you are probably exhausted and don't want to push anymore...it's ok to stop and relax for a minute.

        Still able to hit the numbers on the FTP sets, but there pretty brutal at this point. Looks like I finally catch a break on long run day, it's only going to be 85 instead of high 90's. Should add a little more quality to the run.
