Wanted: Power Meter

Hey all, I am new to the team so hopefully this was posted correctly. I am starting to research power meters as that seems to be the next step in improving my performance on the bike. As I learned in the intro i was a sucker to marketing and purchased a nice set of Carbon wheels before the PM.

I am looking to get something used and hopefully under $700 if anyone has something in this group? Probably won't have the money till around Christmas time so still a little time but wanted to start doing my homework so i can purchase this asap and start training with this after the holidays.

What kind of bike do you have? I may have a Quarq that would be of interest.

I have a Cannondale Slice 5 2013

that is the brand I've been looking at as well. Interested to hear more.
