Up grading bearings

  They make very nice products and if you are in search of that last half of a watt in performance and/or at the very pointy end of the pack then I think the natural answer is yes. However, I think for most myself included and I absolutely love bike gear I just can't justify spending the dollars on this type of upgrade. I know I have a long way to go before I've exhausted all other avenues to get faster on the bike.
