Forum notification settings

 Hey all-

 

I have a REALLY newbie question.

I'd like to subscribe to some forums, but I'm going nuts getting emails a million times a day.  I'm looking for a way to get the forum notifications in digest form.  I don't see that option either when I subscribe to a forum or in my personal settings.  Is there a way to do this?

    I find it easier not to subscribe. I just visit the sight when I have time, select the unread posts and read until I'm out of time. I find there is good info in many posts, so I prefer to get everything and self filter.
