  Pretty sure Pain Cave has been around for a while, before EN.

  When I start to see the Four Capstones of Long Course Triathlon...then I'll take a look.

   Pain cave is old for sure when used metaphorically like in that blog thing.  I thought "we" used that here to refer to a basement with a trainer in it which is a term that I think also predates EN.

  Didn't mean ripping off, as in "they stole our copyrighted idea", but rather, "they're saying that you shouldn't think of it as a pain cave", and trying to make it friendly, fuzzy, and flowery. 

  Dunno about anybody else, but I look forward to the work.  If I thought it was going to be a picnic, I'd bring a bottle of whine.
