Sad News from the world of Pro Cycling...
Saw this last night: Kelly Catlin passes away at 23...
Kelly was an Olympian and accomplished rider. She took her life over the weekend, according to her father.
We know precious little at this point, but as a Coach and Father, I wanted to remind everyone that if you know someone who is struggling with depression and/or suicidal thoughts, there are many resources to share.

so sad, so many people are affected. Glad you posted this. I think even more people than we think in endurance sports as endurance sports is often a way of dealing with the pain that is usually associated with drug & alcohol addiction. Our addiction is no different, though always viewed on as a "healthier" way. I hope anyone with depression seeks help.
