Can I Download Final Surge Plan and Upload To WKO4/Training Peaks?

All my shit is in WKO4/Training Peaks and would like to have my upcoming Ultra MTB training plan in there as well. Is there a way to download the plan file from FS and upload to TP?

I have been digging around but haven't found an answer either way.

    I'd be curious about this as well - I already have TP, and honestly have failed to transition over to FS because...well.....why should I?

    I see that within FS you can print out up to a years worth of workout calendar, but i don't think theres an easy way to upload/create in TP :(
