Money aside, a problem with that option is people can not arrive late or leave early if need be. Some times, it's cool and breezy on the lake in the evening, I prefer to to deal with that.
I have 3 kids coming so $55/head seems a little steep - I am not sure what time we are getting in on Thursday - but I don't want to dictate the desires of the whole group. We are driving up from Idaho Falls on Thursday - any idea on what time we would leave for dinner cruise? Rates the same for kiddos?
Like Michele, I really like this idea. I think Al's comments about timing as well as cost for children/spouses may be more of an obstacle to a dinner cruise That being said, I defer to majority vote. I’m looking forward to meeting my EN teammates. Where we have dinner is secondary.
To be honest, I'm not sure at this point, if I could do that. I have a 10 month old and a 4 1/2 month old and I'm not sure if I want to be 'trapped' on a boat with them. If they get bored, it would end up not being too much fun for me. I'd rather have it at a place that, if need be, I can run the kids home with the wife or call my parents to watch them. But if most people want to do the cruise, thats fine with me. We'll just find something else to do. Or those of us with kids can meet somewhere else.

Like I said, I did this with a local tri club in '03. It was fun. I'm sure they have a lightweight price for kids but Bryan can confirm
@ Thomas
You are looking at 7-9 hours of drive time!
Bryan, if you want, we can fire up a poll and people can vote on options.
