Registering for trial membership if outside the US

Hi,

A buddy of mine tried to register for the free trial, but the webform assumes that you live in the US (e.g., the address does not allow for Canada and Canadian provinces). Might allow him in if he does not fill out the State field in the form, but he probably won't get the 4 keys DVD. 

What do you suggest for folks that are not US residents?
