Folks -



Are you getting excited yet or what?? Here's all the info you need to be ready....



Step One: Pick Your Entree(s)

We will be eating at the same place as last year, the Old Spaghetti Factory. The menu is simple and the food is plentiful (no dessert!), just right for a pre-race meal. You need to visit the official race spreadsheet and enter a 1 for each item on the menu you want according to the number of people in your party. If you have two people and you pick only 1 meal for the both of you....well, that's not good! Go to the sheet and look for the red meal columns here.



Step Two: Determine Payment Option

The cost for dinner is $20 per person. You can send money to payments@endurancenation.us via Paypal or you can pay cash at the door to Coach P. Just please make a note in the payment column (PAYPAL or CASH) so we know who has done what. Go to the sheet and look for the yellow payment columns here.



Step Three: Enter Your Bib Number

Bib numbers come out soon enough. When they do we'll need them to set up our race tracker spreadsheet. When you post them to the forums and get fired up, please remember to visit the official race spreadsheet and enter it in the green bib number column here.



Step Four: Submit A Picture And Short Bio (due Monday 8/16)

One of our favorite things to do is send out a "Meet the Team" post before each race via the EN blog. If you'd like to let the rest of the Nation know exactly who they are supporting on line (and help the coaches put faces to names), please send (1) a short bio (think 8-10 sentences) with (2) a nice picture of you, you and fam, you racing, etc. by Monday 8/16 to [script removed]admin@endurancenation.us and we'll make you famous!



Step Five: Mark Your Calendars

Here are all the happenings on Race Weekend as hosted by Coach P....

  • Team Dinner is 6pm @ Old Spaghetti Factory. 235 West Market Street Louisville, KY 40202-1379 (502) 581-1070 (MAP)
  • Four Keys Talk is Friday 10am near Expo, meet at K-Swiss booth at 9:45am and we'll walk to the Talk area.
  • Saturday is Coach P ride of the course (Fans & Spectators Only); Wheels Up at 8am. We'll meet in parking lot off of River Road next to old Rail Road Bridge / Outdoor Pool area around 7:30-7:45. If you are going to do this, please send Patrick a note via email.
  • Sunday....um...your race!
  • Monday Team Breakfast / Race Recap 7-8am, Location TBD. Coach P has to get home to the family, and you'll be up anyway! We'll find a place downtown where we can regroup if you'd like. Stay tuned!
