10 weeks to COZ !
With 10 weeks to go how is every one doing ? The long rides and runs have started , I hope all your training is going as planned . I am trying to fit in as many running races as I can as they make you work harder . Today I rode to a race , ran the 15km as hard as I could then carried on riding for another 11/2 hrs . So far my plan is going fine , my trip is booked and almost all paid for and the nerves are starting 
. If any one has any news about the race please post it . I did post a article about the new rule regarding swim wear , hope you all saw that . I am going to take my speed suit along anyway and see what other people are doing . My suit looks like a tri suit anyway its not very fancy .

Hi all,
I finally started training for IM (12 week plan) - I've been doing a few sprints (finally podium-ed in my AG - 2nd! and I'm not a fast runner by any means) and just "training" to start training....I did the long rides this weekend (first really long ride of the year) - went fairly well, though a bit sore - really concentrating on getting comfortable in the aero position as the wind is a bit tough in COZ....I'm finally running virtually injury free (after years of battling plantar fascitis) so I'm pretty pumped to run!....
Tina, I see you're staying at El Cantil - that's where I'm staying also - you'll love it! great condos and you can't beat the location - easy to get to swim-T1 on race morning as there are loads of cabs and you finish just about right outside the front door! ...

That is just what I wanted to hear
I was a bit worried about getting to the swim AND after the race I will then have a lift to take me right into my condo , what more could you ask for ? I have a race rehearsal again this week end where I will put all my bottles and nutrition to the test .

I am very excited. Have a HIM this weekend and then all my thoughts are on Coz!!
I was there on a cruise in late august. Rainy, but the water was still amazing. The roads looked OK...
I didn't make it all the way into town though.
