Ergomo Users | Calibration-Power Questions

So my my Ergomo head unit battery has been failing.  It was recently replaced and hold a charge just fine.  The only issue is that the power reading is extremely low.  I typically ride on a computrainer due to my recent ergomo issues but wanted to transition back at some point.

Compairing the two reading the Ergomo is 80 to 120 Watts lower than the computrainer.  I can handle a 10-15 watt differnece that remains constant.  However, the Ergomo have been up and down.  I have recalebrated the unit several time, but no dice.

Any ideas?
