  Shouldn't be allowed to happen until they give us a safe place to ride and make drivers take classes about etiquette.

  Then they can use the bike registration funds to increase the size of the bike-mounted police force to help enforce it. I can see them now pulling little Johnny over and citing him for an unregistered BMX bike w 20 inch wheels. The horror!
