Bike course question
I was unable to make the rally last weekend but read Patrick's description. I was in the area yesterday and drove the section north of 105. Driving it slowly, it didn't look too difficult. The rollers looked like you could hold your speed fairly well and the pavement looked very smooth. There were some rough sections of pavement in Grimes County but all in all it looked like a fast course.
For those that rode it last weekend, does this match your impression?

Your description is pretty spot on. Roads are in quite good condition. The Richards to 105 section are rollers. The thought here is to ride smart, don't push hard up hills etc. Also, the ride into down from 105 gets windy, so stay aero the whole day
