FT Test?
Well, I got up with the intention of doing the FT test, but convinced myself to wait and do it outside so that I could get a good outdoor/in aero bars measure. I've been using 236 as my indoor FT, but in all honesty I haven't really been hitting the FT numbers, and I've been struggling to stay focused for a full 20' interval. Lots of times I've decided to just bag it and break it up into 12's or 15's or whatever. Today I decided if I'm not doing the test I'd do a legit full on 2x20@100%. Hit the first one at 237 . Started the second one and was struggling to stay above 220 for the first few minutes. Almost threw it in, but decided to push on. At about 6' mark I started feeling better, and by 10' I was holding above 240. Managed to stay above 240 until the end and even put in ~1' @ >300 at the end. Finished with 240 for the 2nd 20, so mission accomplished!

Did some nice intervals this past weekend. Hit NP 350 for a regular 10 minute interval I do which is flat to slightly down hill on the road bike. That is about as good as I have ever done there.
Riding a couple loops of the American Zofingen course and running one with infamous STer and former ENer MurphysLaw tomorrow. That should be as least as hard as a 2 x 20...
