Cant Upload Photo

Anyone have any idea why I can't upload my profile photo? But, was able to upload photo to the collection of photos.

It could be a file size issue. Try uploading a smaller file.

I can't up load new pic to my profile either. I see browse and enter in URL and then press save and no luck although I can edit and save new signature line. m

The file size is 104kb. Could that be too large?
