  Ah, Mike - a Running Fool! I've done that trek, but on a mountain bike, not on foot. I can't imagine, especially Moab in June. Still, he's having fun with his fitness.

  That stuff is just plain epic. Made even more hard core by the fact that I know he's done training runs in a parking garage just to get in elevation, etc.

  It's definitely great stuff to read about.  I know that I miss his race report on crazy stuff like this.
