This one should be easy for you. What's the miles of road/person ratio in Maine. Would have to believe it's one of the lowest in the US, so of course it's ranked way up there. I have to say that it makes me mighty proud to claim this title! It's easy to be a great bike down where it's warm (you hearin' me Portland and Seattle?). It takes true mettle to claim the prize where there's snow on the ground for 5+ months/year and temps below zero for 20+ days/year.
