    @Lynn way to get out there 4 mi is 4 mi more. Tomorrow brings another adventure Merry Christmas to you and your family!

    13.1 miles mostly on the trails, but hit the road for a fast final sub-threshold mile. Pretty pleased to drop that last mile in 6:50 vs my 7:12 threshold after 12-mile slogging through mud and up hills in the woods. Two-hours total run. Total points=16. I wanted to extra point for temp, but its 40F here in Rochester.
