Friend Referral page directing to wait list page

Unfortunately the "action link" on this page http://members.endurancenation.us/Training/SignUp/ReferralSignUp.aspx redirects him to: http://www.endurancenation.us/team-en-closed-until-101-join-our-waitlist/ rather than the "super good guy" sign up page.

Has the referral page moved?
