Posting workout results

Is there a place I'm supposed to post my workout results once I'm done for the day?  How do I get feedback on how my workout went comparred to how it was supposed to go?

  • Carolanne, it will depend on the time of year and thing that you are looking for feedback on. Right now we are gettig readdy to start kicking off the outseason and there will be groups that start together where all kinds of threads get started within the group to share workouts, egg each other on, etc.

    Once you get into one of the training plans for whatever race or distance there is usually a group for many of of the WTC race and others. There are also folders in the forums for geetig all kinds of other feedback on power, racing, training, gear, geography, etc

    Lots to get your arms around, but you can post any kind of question in almost any group or forum and someone will respond (including connecting you to another thread if it relates to your question.
