Changes to the Dashboard...

Thanks! The dashboard updates and the Mojo Leaderboard are basically tools we are using to hopefully encourage activities that are helpful to the team -- creating a thread in the forums, replying to threads, welcome new members, etc -- and gently discouraging activites that are not helpful -- cluttering up the dashboard with detailed questions that require detailed answers. 

The next step is to give people a Dashboard Time Out but hopefully we can avoid that
