Training plan page

 On my training plan page ( week 4 of preseason), the generic run and bike warm ups to the left of today's and tomorow's workout have been replaced with a new 25 minute bike routine and a new run routine.  Are these the new suggested warm up routines, or something else?

  • Interesting, I'm in a marathon plan and the same thing pops up on my page too and I'm not even doing any bike work. They must have changed the warm up routine.
  •  Yes, we updated the warm up across all plans. If you're doing a marathon plan just ignore the bike stuff.
