Coming back from illness

Now that I'm about 90% recovered from 3 consecutive illness(es) I've tried to jump into week 3 with little success.  Basically I'm still a little tired and not completely rested but need to get back into the swing of movement.

Looking for suggestions on getting back from 3 weeks of infection to training as per our schedule.  At this point I assume it will take a good 2 weeks to "get my groove" again and am looking for input on how to follow the concept of our workouts but doing so with 'kids gloves' on for a little while.

Suggestions are appreciated

  • Hey there...I am also coming back from a full week off from training due to illness. I have started with yoga and stretching to prepare my body for movement again (ya, I just turned 40 and now need to "prepare" the body image

    I will try to follow all workouts this week but dial down the intensity a bit. I trust my body will tell me when to back off and I will super listen!
