@robin, been busy with work/family stuff, haven't spent enough time here. Training has gone very well for this race, race plan adjusted slightly based on my imcda results and how on the bubble i'll likely be, time to take a bit more risk, will see. Hows your fall training been? you feeling ready??
@Rian-hope you feel better! @Amy-the Japanese wear masks all the time! Why not? @Randy-I use tons of hand sanitzier too-unforgotten but proven way to prevent spread of germs! @AMy-you implied you were at a slower bike time like me. Are you planning to ride 65 or 70% FTP?
I am so paranoid about injury that I did both bike rides this weekend on the trainer-got em both done as well as the bric runs. I finally feel like i've healed all the injuries that have hampered my run workouts the last few months-and hit all my tempos. yeah! Still worried about overall fitness for the run but have always done extra swim/bike to compensate.
