Anyone use an iPhone based countdown timer program that automatically updates to Facebook?

I use it s a way to let some of my family members know what's going on, how long until certain races,etc. I live a ways from my parents and it's just an easy way for them to know what races I have coming up. It's all for fun.

If they are on Facebook you could use the IronApp. This allows you to select races and they appear on your facebook page based on how you set it up. https://apps.facebook.com/ironapp/
