another newbie question

 This may be a realy stupid question but I am not sure that I understand the workout instructions correctly. I have signed up for the advance OS. If I go to the 'my plan page' there are two workouts posted each day. One on the left side and one further to the right. Which one should I do?

  • If you mean the bike and run items listed under the "Summary" - those are the standard warm-ups (WU) if you needed guidance on how to best get ready for the Main Set (MS).

    Your actual workout is in the "Todays Workout" box in the middle. Also if you scroll down a bit you can see the entire week of workouts.
  • No stupid questions here.  I think what you may be seeing on the far left are the bike and run warm ups.  You want to do the workout listed under the "today's workout" section. 

  • You should do both. As writen above the warm up directions on left, and the workout on the right. So what ever your doing that day the bike or run use that exercise to warm up the body part your working on then go to your sets on the right.
