another newbie question
This may be a realy stupid question but I am not sure that I understand the workout instructions correctly. I have signed up for the advance OS. If I go to the 'my plan page' there are two workouts posted each day. One on the left side and one further to the right. Which one should I do?

Your actual workout is in the "Todays Workout" box in the middle. Also if you scroll down a bit you can see the entire week of workouts.
No stupid questions here. I think what you may be seeing on the far left are the bike and run warm ups. You want to do the workout listed under the "today's workout" section.
