Faster course but did alot of things very well that day!
Training: Trained every run/bike with Gatorade Perfomance (similar to race day nutrition) Probably helped with bike absorption. DId more swimming than EN plan. Average about 10000m per week. Otherwise followed plan
SWIM: 1:02 Usual time. Very congested. Lined up middle in front. Lots of contact until first buoy. Loosened up and didn't overswim after that.
BIKE: 5:32....a 27min PB!!!! 168w (IF 66%) TSS 245 I have never felt SOOOOO strong on the bike. It was a fast course and a fast day but this speed was a surprise. My goal was 70% but when I saw I was going faster than expected I didn't push it. I was blasting by people the last lap by just not slowing down! Could have gone faster. I just used the Perform on the course whole day. Had to pee twice. I absorbed well!!
RUN: 5:05 Not a PR (is 5:01)....felt good at start. THis was probably my only mistake on the day. In my training I would do a run/walk to start like 1:1>1:2>1:3>1:4 for about 40 minutes. ON race day I felt good and just started to run except for aide station. I did this for about 9 miles, then got pretty tired. Did more walking. Did jog constinuously the last 5 miles. Maybe just needed to ease into the run more...of well.
OVERALL: Very pleased. Executed very well!!! On the IMCABO!!!

Very well done! I'd call that perfect execution. Congratulations on the PR. I can't believe you're ramping up for Cabo already. My pointy helmet is off to you! It was great to meet you in AZ, I hope we get to race together again!
