  • Thanks Coach P! Very helpful...
  • Coach P: Thanks I know only 4 minutes of your time, but that was great. I was lost analyzing my power files up to this point but I can follow the crucible as a template now. This is why Endurance Nation is the best out there. It took me awhile to find coaching that fed my brain, but I am at home now.
  • To those that have uploaded and had their files reviewed by the Patrick.

I am a first year member and used the following protocol to upload my IMPL files back in August and again in October, but heard nothing back.  Wondering if you guys used the Protocol below?

Coach Patrick - did you receive them?

    Thanks.

    The Crucible Protocol

    First Year Team EN Members

If you have a powermeter and want to have your Race Sim (or actual race) hacked apart by Coach Patrick for the world to see (and to learn!), please send it to admin@endurancenation.us with the subject "The Crucible".

Be sure to include your age, weight, FTP, and goal/actual race name (70.3 or IM).

Second, Third (or Higher) Year Members

TeamEN members in their second (or more) season on the Team get priority help with their Crucible File submission. Please include the same information and send it to support@endurancenation.us with the subject "Priority Crucible".

Be sure to include your age, weight, FTP, and goal/actual race name (70.3 or IM).

Please Note: Do not send random rides, marathon (running) files or FTP tests in, thanks!

  • Totally enlightening. Wish I had done this with one of my Race Rehersals. I will save this and review prior to my next IM (in the next 4 years, or wherever I can negotiate next one with spouse)
  • Just remembered to check this out... thanks so much CoachP! Yes, I have to work on that "tomfoolery" at the beginning of the run! Love it!
