Bike brake thoughts?

I'm building up a new tri-bike over the winter and need to purchase a front brake.  Cane Creek SCR-3 seems to be good and inexpensive.  Anybody with thoughts or experience with this or other brakes they would recommend?

Cane Creek makes good stuff but if your looking for something more aero esp for the front but more money, I have TRP on my tri bike and love them. http://www.trpbrakes.com/products.php?catid=182

What fork are you using?   I have a  Oval Concepts aero fork where the brake mounts on the back.

I would recommend the Simkins Egg Brake or the TriRig Omega. I think each has a 4-5 watt gain attributed over a regular sidepull.

 Thanks. TRP is what is already installed for the read brake. I will check them out.

Thanks Dave. I will look at those as well. It has a TRP standard on the back. I need all the watts I can save.

love the look of that omega. read this thread and made an impulse buy. nothing like new super-aero brakes for a bike that'll be strapped to a trainer for the next 4 months!
