Changing day off

 Just wondering if I can shift the Saturday and Sunday training to Friday and Saturday and take Sunday off instead of Friday or is the day off designed that way to recover?  Thanks,  Tim

  •  Hey Tim, just noticed you have not received a reply.  My guess is you will probably be OK making the switch, but go ahead and post in the micro thread and patrick will answer your question there.

  • Tim - the plans are designed and laid out the way they are for a reason. That being said, we are all Age Group athletes -- life will get in the way.

    I assume you are in an OutSeason training plan, so your plan will give you Sunday and Monday off back-to-back. I would suggest you shift the whole thing by a day -- ending up with a plan where your days off are Thursday and Sunday.
