Eric, Assume you mean the Penticton Canada course....I did Canada in 2011 and IMCDA in 2012 . Almost identical times on both...but IMCDA was a more difficult course for me. If you're doing CDA, meter your effort extremely well on first loop as the climbs will punish you if you haven't. Canada basically is 40 miles or so, net down, so you'll fly. Richter and Yellow Lake climbs are no big deal, not steep at all, just manage your effort. Key to both, as you know, is to ride smart, with your nose on the powermeter. Good luck. Bill
Ok, that was stupid. Canada starts out as 40 miles down/fast , then the smart riding starts. Sorry for the brainfart. Another note...I had 1000' more climbing at CDA per SRM.
