Core 2013
Wow new year, new you. It's been a couple of weeks since the last posts and challenges.I have been doing core work on a regular basis but we are about to hit the ground for JOS. With that in mind I still want to continue even with the increased OS activity. I have been experimenting with routines to max time appreciation and benefits. I have been using this routine from the website link below for the last two weeks.Give it a go and see if you feel it to be effective. Feedback anyone!?
