Note if you are training with Power then do the power test which includes both the VO Max test and the FTP test.
If you are training with heart rate then do the heart rate test.
NO NOT DO BOTH means dont do both the POWER and HEART RATE tests do one or the other.
If you are training with power can you still wear and track your heart rate???? YES.

Pretty pumped with testing improvement from 6 weeks ago. I had a LTHR of 157 with avg of 19.5 for 40 mins ride. I bumped it up to 160 and 21avg. I am going to look into this trainer road program, so I can start using the power to train.
