Looking for a gently used HRM for my partner's daughter, who is a novice D-III rower.  Doesn't need to be super high tech - fewer bells and whistles might be better, as not to overwhelm her with tri geekery.

@Woody - I have an old Polar HRM...that only does HR... Assuming I can find it in the mess I call my closet, it is hers. I will try to find it tonight when I get home and then check to make sure it still works.
