Okay, went to do your heads/tails stuff and NO JAN OS STUFF...so clearly we didnt' tell you.

It's a fun game called heads we win, tails you lose...got it? You enter baseline data and RnP guesstimate a vDOT (run) and FTP (bike) target for you by the end of the OS...if you hit it, you owe us $ for starbucks...if you don't but you got better then feel free to get us some, you guessed it, $ for starbucks...if you did nothing and hate us, then find us at a Key Race and I'll buy you your beverage of choice.

Some folks love this, others don't...totally up to you.

@Patrick, I jump tp GF after 7 weeks in prep for HIM entry for June 1 world long course race, so if you wanna guess on where my numbers will be after next test, I am in.

I resubmitted since I switched equipment and have a better number to work with now - I did not want to show a huge improvement when a good 20 some watts would be from this change alone. :-)
