We lightened the load in week 4 b/c of cumulative fatigue, but as next week is test time and you just went a bit (only slightly) lighter, it's time to get in one more work session. Seriously, at the end of the day, we are talking about 1 more minute of additional rest. I could see if we put in 7x3' of work instead of 4x3', or something like that, but an additional minute of rest will not significantly affect the resultant TSS of your workout vice 3'. IOW, it's mostly mental...
