This is useful, thanks. I end up on kph treadmills every so often, but not often enough that I can remember the key speeds. Google works well for this but the link you sent is more specilized for runners so I'll use it for sure!

if you are an IOS user, 'converter+' is a great app. it has a special tab for converting run paces etc.
